Presqu’ile was established in 2008 with a focus on crafting California Chardonnay with greater elegance and freshness – an attempt to deviate from the typical, rich and oaky style synonymous with California Chard, while still expressing the unique terroir of the vineyards. The winemaking takes a natural approach with native yeast and native malolactic conversion. The Presqu’ile Santa Maria offers supple palate with fresh kiwi and lime zest.
